Our secure shopping cart ordering system allows you to place your order from the comfort of your home, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you prefer, you may still order by mail or fax.

We work closely with growers and seedsmen to find the easiest-to-grow, most hardy and disease resistant seeds available. All seeds are laboratory-tested and many of them are grown in our test gardens, so that we may provide you with information about our personal growing experiences.

Throughout our site, we describe each seed species in detail, with facts and occasionally a bit of folklore. Also, to make your visit more enjoyable, we have categorized our seeds into native, perennial, annual, herb, grass and bird and butterfly attracting varieties.

Our Regional and Specialty Wildflower Seed Mixtures are very popular. We now have over 50 varieties, so no matter where you live or what type of climate your area has, one of our easy-to-grow mixtures will be just right.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. If ordering by mail, please send a check, money order or credit card number with your order, not cash. Indiana residents only, please add 6% (.06) sales tax to your merchandise total.

Shipping
We ship your order either by US Priority Mail or UPS Ground service. When ordering, be sure to provide both your mailing address and an address where a UPS shipment can be delivered, if the two are different.

We make every effort to ship orders out within 2-3 days of receipt, not including holidays and weekends. However, sometimes seeds may be in harvest, cleaning, or testing, meaning it may take a few days to fulfill and ship your order. Also, some merchandise may occasionally be on backorder. This does not happen frequently. If there is a reason why your shipment is going to be delayed, we will contact you via email with the reason and estimated date of shipment.

Out Of Stock Policy
Sometimes a particular seed may be unavailable, because of crop failure or a short supply. This does not happen often. If it does, we will notify you and refund your money for that selection.

Return Policy
EarthlyGoods.com warrants that the seeds it sells conform to State and Federal Seed Laws. All our seed is lab tested for vitality. This is the only warranty; none other is expressed or implied. We cannot guarantee establishment of plants due to various factors over which we have no control. Some, but not all items may incur a 15% restocking fee if returned by the customer. Contact us at info@earthlygoods.com if you wish to return an item. Other products found to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. If any items in your shipment are broken or damaged, we will replace them.

We try to insure that all orders are error-free, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If there is a problem, please contact us within 10 days of the receipt of your order.
