Terms and Conditions:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. If ordering by mail, please send a check, money order or credit card number with your order, not cash. Indiana residents only, please add 7% (.07) sales tax to your merchandise total.
We ship your order either by US Priority Mail or UPS Ground service. When ordering, be sure to provide both your mailing address and an address where a UPS shipment can be delivered, if the two are different.
We make every effort to ship orders out within 2-3 days of receipt, not including holidays and weekends. Custom orders have longer shipping times. Sometimes seeds may be in harvest, cleaning, or testing, meaning it may take a few days to fulfill and ship your order. Also, some merchandise may occasionally be on backorder. This does not happen frequently. If there is a reason why your shipment is going to be delayed, we will contact you via email with the reason and estimated date of shipment.
Out Of Stock Policy
Sometimes a particular seed may be unavailable, because of crop failure or a short supply. This does not happen often. If it does, we will notify you and refund your money for that selection.
Custom orders are non-returnable. Seeds are lab tested for vitality before we ship them; seeds must be returned within 10 days. Due to environmental factors beyond our control, we cannot replace seed which fails to grow. Contact us at email@example.com if you wish to return an item. Other products found to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. If any items
in your shipment are broken or damaged, we will replace them at no charge.
We try to insure that all orders are error-free, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If there is a problem, please contact us within 10 days of the receipt of your order.
